As a certified Emotion Code Practitioner and a Wellness Consultant, I understand the weight and frustration of feeling like there is more out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first. In 2017 I attended Wonder Woman Weekend with Iyanla Vanzant. Before we left, she gave us a list of people to contact. She stated if you don't call anyone on the list make sure you schedule an Emotion Code Session to clear your Heart Wall. That was the best thing I could’ve ever done. I have been working with the Emotion Code ever since. I became a certified Emotion Code Practitioner because of how this has improved and healed my life and I thought about all the people I could help.  That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, tools, and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of achieving all their goals.  It’s never too late to fulfil your dreams, your journey is your own and unique! Are you where you want to be in life?
If you want to see where you wish to go, you should first see where you are standing. Think about where you are in life right now; you are exactly where you want to be. Consciously or unconsciously you have made a choice!
Many people lie to themselves about where they are and and face their life situation with denial. But in order to be able to move forward, it is necessary to recognize where you are. Is your life going the way you would like it to? Are you where you would like to be? Do you have what you would like? If the answer to any of the above questions is "no", then think about what benefit you get from it. What satisfaction do you derive from denying yourself, from being unhappy, from feeling embarrassed and from the fact that you belong nowhere? What satisfaction do you get when you think in terms of scarcity and limitation?
It is important to remind yourself that everything you do in life, positive or negative, is associated with some reward or some benefit. So, think about what your reward might be. The first step to changing anything is observation. When you observe, you take the first step towards freedom. And as you observe, you will begin to discern the patterns of your thinking.
Before proceeding, you must acknowledge the truth about where you are. If you suffer, admit it. If something goes wrong, admit it. Look at your present situation and decide where you wish to go. Open your mind to new possibilities!
